National Audubon Society

If you wish to join the National Audubon Society with an automatic membership in the Dubuque Audubon Society, we would appreciate you doing so using the button below. The cost for an annual national membership is a $20 minimum annual donation, which is for a family or an individual, although you may see higher values suggested. National members will receive the award-winning Audubon magazine.

National renewals are handled directly with the National Audubon Society; we are NOT involved.

Please note that the Dubuque Aububon Society is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with its own budget and programs. Although we are a chapter of the National Audubon Society, we rely on support from our local members to carry out our wide array of programs.

Dubuque Audubon Society

Some people elect to join only the local chapter, without national membership. If so, please use our membership form to join or renew. You may also use this form to make a tax-deductible contribution directly to the local chapter. A $10 minimum annual donation includes local membership, which is for a family or an individual. Membership expires one year from sign-up. 100% of local payments remain with our chapter.

You may turn in your form and payment at one of our monthly programs, or you may mail it to the address shown on the form. Members will receive our quarterly newsletter Pileated Drummings by email and/or printed mail.

If you provide an email address when joining or renewing, you will automatically be placed on our regular email list. As an experiment in 2025, we are going to try creating a separate email list for those who would like more group birding opportunities.
