Regular Email List

Those on our regular email list receive notifications of our programs, newsletters, field trips, and other items of interest. The field trip email notifications include our annual Christmas bird count, Duck Waddle, and spring species count, where we have experienced Audubon guides to help with identification. Those on the regular email list will also receive notifications of any pop-up field trips and events that are posted on our website and on Facebook, where there is reasonable advance notice (such as the fall raptor watch held in September 2024).

Birding Invitation Email List (Experiment)

Do you want more group birding opportunities? For 2025, we are going to try creating a separate email list for those who do. The amount of advance notice may vary greatly (as short as “tomorrow”). Sometimes a very experienced birder may be going, and other outings may be initiated by birders with an intermediate level of experience. Maybe those who show up will pick a place to go next. Maybe you’ll propose an idea, and we can try to make it happen.  We’ll give it a year and see whether this idea evolves or dissolves!
